Jerry Vomish passed away on December 29, 2010. Over the years, he served as a Wayne

Township Trustee and was also a member of Twin Lakes Improvement Association for

20 years where he served as President & Trustee. He was instrumental in obtaining

the pumping system that we now use to maintain the water level in compliance with

the State of Michigan requirements. Jerry was appointed by the Cass County Drain

Commissioner as pump custodian and served in that capacity for many years. He

also performed all the water quality testing for the lake association.

The Twin Lakes Improvement Association would like to offer its condolences to his family

and let them know how much his efforts were appreciated. He worked tirelessly for many

years to keep the lakes safe from marine threats and to improve the Twin Lakes experience for all.

He will be missed.
