LEPOA EXECUTIVE SESSION
October 13, 1997
Meeting was brought to order by President Mike Eberly at 10:00 p.m.
It was decided that letters written regarding the house bill on watercraft should be done individually as desired by each Board member. It was deemed best not to set any precedents by entering the Board into any political position.
The trash barrel at the M50 entrance will be removed during the spring trash pick up.
Leon Eisemann stated that he believes the lake is already well patrolled by the sheriff.
Mike Eberly suggested having Sheriff Germond speak at a Board meeting in the Spring on a date to be announced in the Newsletter.
It was decided to table the Limerick II issue until Grace Edwards gives an indication otherwise.
Rod Kurowski talked to Cambridge Twp. regarding Waterford lot 6. The lot may be used for dockage if LEPOA will agree to mow it.
Mike Eberly would like to respond to Mike Sautter regarding the Walker letter; response to include the correct footage numbers along with recommendations on what LEPOA could support.
Bob Ashworth motioned to hold the December meeting at the Hathaway House in Blissfield on the second Monday of December. Leon Eisemann seconded. Passed. Approximately twenty for reservations at 7:00 p.m.
