LEPOA EXECUTIVE SESSION
July 14, 1997
Meeting was called to order by President Mike Eberly at 10:25 p.m.
The resignation of Tim Callahan was discussed and Carol Marsh was asked to call Bonnie DuChateau and inform her that in light of the fact that she received the next highest number of votes at the Annual Meeting, she is in line to succeed Tim as a Board member, and to invite her to sit in at the next Board meeting.
Rod Kurowski motioned to adjourn. Carol Marsh seconded.
Meeting adjourned at 10:50 p.m.
