BUILDING CONTROL COMMITTEE
The following are requirements of the Building Control Committee and/or Cambridge Township prior to consideration or approval of plans on proposed homes, home additions, garages, out buildings, porches, decks, docks and boat ramps, etc., in the Loch Erin development.
1. Two (2) complete sets of prints outlining the following:
a. Foundation plan
b. Front and rear elevations
c. Each side elevation
d. Specifications showing building materials
2. One drawing of the lot upon which you propose to build, listing the following (drawing must be in ink, no penciled drawings accepted):
a. Subdivision/lot number
b. Front, rear and side measurements of building, include deck if you intend to build one
c. Location of house on lot (to scale)
3. Markers shall be placed outlining location of foundation plan on lot where construction is to take place.
4. Signed and notarized "Acknowledgment and Agreement" form indicating membership in the Loch Erin Property Owners Association. All dues must be paid to date.
5. We would like to have a copy of the survey. Surveys are strictly for the protection of property owners.
6. Name, address and phone for the builder and property owner.
THE ABOVE IS THE COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PROPERTY OWNER

Upon approval by the Building Control Committee one (1) set of prints will be signed and delivered by a committee member to the Cambridge Township office, located at 302 Conner St., Onsted, MI.
Action by the Committee is generally within one to three working days upon receipt of plans, unless a question or problem arises.
The Township WILL NOT issue a building permit until the Property Owners Building Control Committee has approved drawings.
