MINUTES OF THE
LEPOA EXECUTIVE SESSION
September 9, 2002
Mike Eberly called the meeting to order at 9:04 p.m.
Mike Eberly discussed the board term limits. Mike said it will be a rolling board. If someone wants to resign, they can at anytime.
Mike suggested putting a person on Gilgal board.
Mike Eberly informed board of the Foster suit and provided copies of the suit. You cannot put an Easement on property after it is sold. Mike clarified that Loch Erin is not being sued, it’s the Drain Board.
The County Attorney is stating there is no Easement.
Bob Moore, Rod Kurowski and Mike Eberly will be attending the Michigan Lakes and Stream Meeting.
Mike Eberly will be at the old Courthouse 9-10-02 for the Lake Drawdown. Open invitation to all board members.
The intention of the board for Daniels Park is to mow the entire lawn, bush trimming. Bob Ashworth feels it is the responsibility of the board to take care of.
Bob and Rod will drive over to Kilarney park on 9-22 to recommend what to do with the signs.
Mike will follow up on the trespassing tickets.
Brigette will contact the Chief at the Township regarding organizing Halloween patrol.
The 3rd mailing for delinquent dues will be going out this week. Liens will be filed in November.
