Thank you for contacting Jones Fish and Lake Management for your lakes needs. The Loch Erin Lake near Onsted, MI was sampled through a fish population survey on 6-15-00. It is estimated at 605 surface acres approximately 45 years old, a maximum depth of 12', and an average depth 6-8'. The following is a review of what was collected (please see following appendix of more detailed collections at each sample site):

General Observations:
Saw very many Bluegill <3" not collected
Saw very many large Common Carp, 16+"
Saw very many Emerald Shiners in several collection sites
Water murky colored, Secci Disk = 14 inches
Significant amounts of aquatic vegetation in several shallow coves, mostly western sides of lake
Only one Northern Pike seen, not collected
