3/1/2009 Hello Waterfront Homeowners!
It's getting close to that time of
year............ NASCAR is on TV, Home Depot is busy replacing snow blowers with
lawnmowers and waterfront homeowners are beginning to plan for that inaugural
pontoon boat ride to Tee Bonez.
While you wait for the stubborn ice to
melt, enjoy reading your PST newsletter. 425 newsletters mailed out

1/28/2009 Hello Waterfront Homeowners!
I'll keep this one short because I'm in
the process of painting the bathroom. Momma here is beginning to loose
patience getting ready in the morning without the mirrors on the wall.
Hard to believe January is almost over!
Only 3 more months until crazy slalom skiers are out cutting up the glass and
Jeff Marcum is cruising the lake on his Liberty tri-toon........ during a
snowstorm.
The PST board had a successful meet and
greet board meeting at Tee Bonez restaurant 1/21/2009. I hope you were
able to make it out and share your comments and feedback. If you missed it
don't worry. There will be a second meet and greet PST board meeting
Saturday 6/20/2009 12:00pm at the Sandbar located in the South East corner of the lake.
Watch the social section of this website for additional details. All
members are strongly encouraged to attend and help make this lake association a
success. Please feel free to send me an email to
pstlakeassociation@hotmail.com
if you have anything you need before then. Hope to see you out on the ice
over the next few weeks. Mother nature has blessed us with an impressive
winter so far. Be careful and have fun!

Hello Waterfront Homeowners!
My Name is Tony Spezia and I have been a riparian on these lakes
since 2000. Shown in the photo is my beautiful wife Kate. Kate's
holding our oldest daughter Gracie and in my arms is Elle. Elected
president, I look forward to re-energizing the Ponemah Squaw and Tupper Lake
Association back to a level many on this lake remember in the past. I
promise to keep the purpose defined by our lake association bylaws. I also
commit to having fun on the lakes and protecting our rights as a lakefront
homeowners.
At our very first board meeting in September 2008, it was clear that top on
our list of "to do's" was the association newsletter. Followed closely
behind the newsletter was a website for Ponemah, Squaw, Tupper and the channels
which offer access to our awesome lakes. To be honest, the newsletter was
a piece of cake...... The draft was completed in a couple nights and it was
ready for distribution shortly thereafter. The thorn in my side is and has
been this web site. As I peck away at this letter I have 15+ hours into
it so far, two separate computers running next to each other on my little desk,
and my wife over my shoulder calling me a computer geek......... My
inexperience has and will continue to show as I try to bring our association
into the web age with this site. As you ridicule and poke fun at lame
sections .... please do not take it out on the remainder of your PST board. Thus
far, the website has been all mine. Poor grammar, miss-spellings, broken
links, dead ends and lame designs are all my handy work. Beginning with
nothing, I promise it can only get better.
FOR EXAMPLE; In college at MSU I developed the only other web page in my life.... The year
was 1998 and the site consisted of a single page. It had my first and last
name plus a sign that
flashed "UNDER CONSTRUCTION". Other than myself and the poor TA who had to
grade it, the web page was NEVER visited. ZERO HITS! Therefore,
since you are reading this, I must have at least one person who landed on this
page and I'm improving my inter-web skills exponentially.
Please
CLICKEY HERE
and
BOOKMARK this page.
Look around, check it out and send your hate mail
positive comments to your lake association board at
pstcomments@hotmail.com We
would love to hear what you think. Also, if anyone out there has any web page making skills, please advise.
I could use any help your willing to offer. For your time I'll buy ya a
(insert favorite drink here) at Tee Bone'z.
IN CLOSING, PLEASE JOIN YOUR LAKE
ASSOCIATION. YOUR MEMBERSHIP IS CRITICAL TO KEEP THIS ASSOCIATION AFLOAT.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT.
Good Day and Night from Lake Ponemah
