Eagle Update 2007

There had been numerous reports of eagles nesting at the lake this spring. The nest which had partially collapsed last year was somewhat rebuilt away from the direction of the damaged support limb, and the eagles were on the nest through May and one was there into early June. Since that time there has been little activity in the vacinity of the nest and it appears the nest was unproductive this year. However, adult eagles are still seen regularly around the lake.
