PUBLIC MEETING

 

     The Glen Lake/Crystal River Technical Committee held its initial Public      Meeting on June 3, 2006 at 10:00AM  at the Glen Arbor Township Hall.  The court appointed committee shared the results of its recently implemented 2006 Water Management Plan with interested parties in attendance..

A thorough review of historical water levels, precipitation, and projected versus actual results of the winter and spring management of lake levels and river flows was presented.

Also discussed was the ongoing activities of the Water Level Committee.

After some excellent discussion, the meeting was adjourned after about 1.5 hours.

An additional session, with summer results, is planned for late summer or early fall.
