EAGLE LAKE-PAW PAW ASSOCIATION
SPECIAL BOARD OF DIRECTOR’S MEETING
Call to Order: This special meeting of the Eagle Lake Paw Paw Association Board of Directors is being held to update the Board members on the status of the Paw Paw Township Feasibility Study concerning a proposed sewer system around lakes Cora, Three Mile and Eagle. The meeting was called to order by President Chuck Cubbage at 7:00 PM
Members Present: President Chuck Cubbage; Vice President Skip Youngblood; Treasurer Pat Cubbage; Secretary Doug Dorgan; Collins Cove Rep Ruth Wilkinson; Eagle Lake Campers Rep Skip Youngblood; Eagle Lake Park Rep Chuck Cubbage; Palmer Beach Rep David Baker; Eagle Lake South Shore Rep Brian Hansen; Trails End Rep Tony Herd; At-Large Member Gary Sargent.

Members Absent: Hoodrije Shores Rep Ken Nielsen; Keepsake Shores Rep Jerry King.
Minutes: Minutes of the October 10, 2006 meeting were not read at this meeting.
Treasurer’s Report: No Treasurer report was presented at this meeting.
Committee reports: No Committee reports were presented at this meeting other than the addressing of Water Quality intended by the proposed sewer system being evaluated by the Township.
Chuck Cubbage and Doug Dorgan shared their knowledge of the sewer feasibility study being conducted by Paw Paw Township with the other Board members. Information presented included copies of the draft proposal, including print plans with the proposed routes showing anticipated placement of mechanical facilities, sizing and other data. Considerable discussion followed in the way of understanding and evaluation of the proposal and questions as to meaning of entries and questions needing further research in order to answer. Various opinions as to what could be expected in the way of support or opposition to the project were offered by Board members.
Chuck noted that work was progressing on re-establishing the Eagle Lake Paw Paw web site that should be up and running in about a month and that answers too many of the questions being asked could be included on that website in the future.
Next Meeting: It was agreed the Board would meet again on March 7, 2007 at the Conference Center following the next Township sewer study meeting on February 23, 2007.
Adjournment: Meeting was adjourned at 8:37 PM on motion by Brian Hansen and second by Pat Cubbage.
