Board of Director’s Meeting

Van Buren Conference Center

Tuesday, November 7, 2001

President Skip Youngblood called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.

Present were:  President- Skip Youngblood; Vice President – Russ Bereolos; Secretary-Bernice Packer; Keepsake-Jerry King;; Eagle Lake Campters-Skip Youngblood; Collins Cove- Ruth Wilkinson; Eagle Lake Subdivision-Brian Hanson;Past President Glen Wilkinson;Treasurer-Pat Cubbage; Eagle Lake Park-Chuck Cubbage Mel Brown, Doug Dorgan, Tomn Kohl.. Absent: Member at Large-John Tapper;; Trails End-Harold Finley; Hoodrije-Rich Marcinek; Palmer Beach-David Baker.

The minutes were passed out and read.  Brian Hanson moved to approve.  Jerry King supported.

Pat Cubbage gave the treasurer’s report with $3605.74 in the checking account.  She commented no bill has been received for the Annual Meeting Breakfast expenses.

Chuck Cubbage commented he has spoke with Marty from Enviro Science.  He has assured him we will have a report on the weevils by the end of November.

Other association information.  Chuck Cubbage commented, Eagle Lake Park Association is looking into the possibility of paving the rest of their road.

Comment re new cement slabs at the Public Access site.  They are there.  The DNR had to receive a permit from the DEQ.

Re Hoodrije Representation.  Doug Dorgan contacted the president of the Hoodrije Association re the representation of the area at the Board meetings.  He has received no response back.

The goal will be to get a newsletter out around the 2^nd week of December.

Doug Dorgan will be a member of the Health and Safety Committee.

Ruth Wilkinson moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:30 pm.  Jerry King supported.
