Newsletter will be going out hopefully the end of May or first part of June.

The weevils will be planted the week of June 18.  It was suggested to see if a representative from Enviro Science could be present at our Annual Meeting.  Bernice will call.  Chuck & Pat Cubbage have graciously offered the Enviro Science people to stay in their cottage during their time of implanting.

Bernice passed out proposed copies of the newsletter, along with proposed copy for a possible sign to be put up at the Public Access site.

John Tapper stated he would contact his son who has Sporting Image in Paw Paw.  He also suggested the idea of having shirts for ELPPA.  It was decided this would be a great idea.  It was decided each of the Board members would buy their own.  Several others could be used for drawings at the Annual Meeting.

Discussion turned to the Annual Meeting.  Committees for setup, cleanup, food, etc. were decided.  Tom Kohl and Brian Hansen will be doing the cooking.  John Tapper will take care of getting the food, beverages etc.  Brian will bring a large coffee pot and drink jugs.  The tent, table and chairs have been ordered.  Suggestion was made for door prizes at the meeting.  Bernice said she had a brand new Turkey Fryer which she would sell to the Association for $50.00, this would be used for a drawing along with the T-Shirts.  Further discussion of the Annual Meeting followed.
