Pier Liferings

With the recent tragic event at the White Lake Pier, the WLA would like to remind people to use caution and think safety when visiting the White Lake Channel.

We would also like to encourage individuals to report any suspicious activity involving life rings and/or other safety and lifesaving equipment located at the pier.

If you witness anyone tampering with the life rings on either side of the channel, PLEASE report any incidents to one of the following Agencies/Municipalities:

Muskegon County Sheriff Department:  911

Fruitland Township:  766-3208

White River Township:  894-4218

When witnessing any incidents, please get as much information as possible.
