Monthly board meetings and the Semiannual Association Member meetings are held on the first Wednesday of the month at the Hamburg Township Community Center Building.

Monthly Board Member meetings begin at 6:30 PM
Semiannual Meetings begin at 7:00 PM,
and are held in May and October
