Rose Lake Property Owners' Association Mission Statement
A statement of Objectives and Goals
The purpose of the P.O.A. is to promote the improvement of the woods and water of Rose Lake and immediate environs; to work with the Township of Rose Lake, the County of Osceola, the Department of Natural Resources, and the State of Michigan and its agents toward adoption and implementation of ecological programs for Rose Lake and its immediate environs.
Good management and direction are key to successful association operation.
Make water quality our first priority by maintaining a watch for the introduction of exotic aquatic species and advocating educational programs and necessary control measures.
Promote safe boating, fishing, and enjoyment on Rose Lake.
To property manage ways that will minimize the impact of exploding population to our lake. Encourage the concept of conservation and protect sensitive land in the watershed.
Encourage membership attendance at association meetings. Also encourage voter registration and participation in local elections.
