What am I paying for?

 

The Second Amended Covenants and Restrictions (1992) mandate how your assessments are determined.  The following are from number 16.

 

The annual assessment for maintenance of private road and park is due without penalty on or before March 31st. The assessment is  based on Case Township tax roles as of November 1st each year.

 

The assessable unit cost is determined by dividing the estimated budget (including any deficits from previous years) by the number of assessable units.
