PBWOA Board Members and Officers

We will be mailing out our notice of Annual meeting again in April along with our proxy ballots. Our Bylaws require that one half of our Board of Directors is elected each year. We have five current board members whose term is up this year. They are: David Spielman from Whitewood, Jay Hale from Portage, and Bill Tupper from Base, Joe Mancari from Base and Mark Purol from Portage. Most of our board members have served for many years and some with over 20 years. If you are interested in serving we would like to talk to you.

The PBWOA Board Meets the first Monday of the month at 7:30 p.m. at 11869 Durston, Pinckney, MI. Members are welcome to attend the meeting.

It is recommended that you call if you plan to attend, for space is limited. Call Dave Spielman at 734 426 4301. We have openings on our board for interested members.
