To:  EXHIBITORS OF LAKE AND STREAM SERVICES AND PRODUCTS

Michigan Lake and Stream Associations, Inc. will be holding their 47th   Annual Conference on April 25, 26 and 27, 2008 at  Ramada Inn, Grayling, Michigan..  ML&SA would be pleased to have your corporation take part in this conference as we pursue our goal:

Your part in ML&SA’s annual conference is important to our attendees as well as to the ML&SA organization. For the past ten annual conferences we have had a printed program for our conference attendees with advertisements from various service and product companies, as well as exhibitor’s space available.
Ø
Exhibit area is where all meetings of the conference will be held and ample opportunity will be given the attendees to visit all exhibits.
Ø       Refreshments will be served during break times in the exhibit area.
Ø       Plans call for an “Exhibitor’s and ML&SA Hospitality Time” to be held in the Exhibitor’s area.
Ø
On Saturday afternoon, following the session time and prior to the Banquet, there will be time set aside for visiting the exhibits.  There will be an open cash bar prior to the Banquet in the area also.

ML&SA provides a hospitality room, with an open bar and the people “donated” funds to pay for their beverages.  ML&SA furnished the snacks.  It has been well attended, and attendees look forward to this time to meet new friends who share common interests.

Once again we are inviting the Exhibitors to share in the cost of the Friday evening Hospitality Hour Forum Session as they have since the 1997 conference.  The Hospitality hour will be set up near the Exhibit area so that the people can visit, review, and talk with the Exhibitors as they relax, meet old and new friends and meet their Hosts –Exhibitors and ML&SA Board members.

Please note: On the Exhibitor’s application, we have made the Donation to the Hospitality Hour a line item for your consideration.

Enclosed are an Exhibitor’s price sheet and application form (click here), a room registration form for  Ramada (click here), and a ML&SA registration form (click here).  Please fill out the ML&SA registration form for the person or persons who will be representing your firm. Exhibitor cost includes ML&SA registration cost for one of your representatives.  If you would like more information please contact either of the ML&SA Offices

Sincerely,
Pearl Bonnell
